Terms of Service

Invoices will be sent via the Square CC processing invoice system. Multiple invoices will be used  as necessary for different recurring payments that are needed. Examples of this are:

  • Hosting Costs – Regular, Get My Feet Wet, Parking/Pointing, these may all be combined into one recurring invoice.
  • DNS registration – Although the need may be recurring, it is event driven (registering or renewing the domain name) and as such a manual invoice will be sent. This can be useful if registering a name for a 10 year term.
  • Setup Costs – this may be combined with the invoice of the DNS registration or sent on its own

As the Square CC system is used, all payments may be made with a CC (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & more), however cash and check are certainly accepted.

If a service is to be cancelled, rather than just changed, an email (something in writing) is necessary,
