Invoices will be sent via the Square CC processing invoice system. Multiple invoices will be used as necessary for different recurring payments that are needed. Examples of this are:
- Hosting Costs – Regular, Get My Feet Wet, Parking/Pointing, these may all be combined into one recurring invoice.
- DNS registration – Although the need may be recurring, it is event driven (registering or renewing the domain name) and as such a manual invoice will be sent. This can be useful if registering a name for a 10 year term.
- Setup Costs – this may be combined with the invoice of the DNS registration or sent on its own
As the Square CC system is used, all payments may be made with a CC (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & more), however cash and check are certainly accepted.
If a service is to be cancelled, rather than just changed, an email (something in writing) is necessary,
